Within his current role, Manny oversees the Talent Acquisition Strategy & Recruitment for five Fairmont Hotels. He has extensive experience in attracting, sourcing and retaining the best talent around the globe, alongside good knowledge of immigration and mobility avenues into Canada.
During his 15 year+ of experience in Employment & Recruitment across the UK & Canada he has placed over 20,000 candidates. He has considerable experience headhunting, engaging and Hiring International Hospitality Talent from a range of countries including Europe, the UK, North America, North Africa and Asia.
Manny is often a guest speaker at various Events with a keen interest in supporting Hospitality students, and new immigrants and working closely with international recruitment and refugee programs. He is passionate about building connections with people, loves to travel, learn new cultures and enjoys trying local cuisine.
