Airport Information

There is only one airport in Bali, I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (IATA: DPS). All arriving and departing flights are from this airport. Ngurah Rai International Airport is connected by highway via Bali Mandara Toll Road to Denpasar and Nusa Dua. The distance from Airport to the venue is around 25-30 minutes by car via Mandara Toll Road.


Airline Information

There are direct flights from major countries in Asia and Australia, and also direct flights to Bali from Istanbul via Turkish Airlines, Doha via Qatar Airways and Dubai via Emirates.


Visa & Entry to Bali

1. No Visa needed for ASEAN countries and Timor Leste for staying less than 30 days.

2. Visa on Arrival is required for certain nationalities. The list of countries that can apply for a Visa on Arrival can be checked at https://www.imigrasi.go.id/en/visa-kunjungan-saat-kedatangan/. Application to the e-VOA can be accessed through https://molina.imigrasi.go.id/.

3. For countries not listed above, may apply for Visa through their embassy outside of Indonesia. We recommend you apply E VOA at https://molina.imigrasi.go.id/ and on line Customs Declaration at https://bcngurahrai.beacukai.go.id/ecd/?h=beranda in advance to speed up your process at the airport.


Hotels

The venue for Congress will be Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort and The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali. Both beachfront resorts, located at the Nusa Dua, have an accessible shared beachside pathway, which can be used for commuting all delegates from and to each hotel on foot for 5 minutes.
