The insurance, underwritten by CHUBB, as a part of your “registration” includes:
- “Individual Accident” insurance with capital in the event of:
- Death
- Total permanent disability by accident (€25,000)
- Medical expenses
- Repatriation
- Travel incidents
- Baggage problems
- Legal assistance
- Civil liability
This insurance covers participants 24 hours a day for the duration of the event, from departure from their home or office until their return to their country of origin or residence.
If a participant catches COVID during the congress and has to stay on-site, the “extended stay” guarantee will apply to the tune of €200 per day with a maximum of € 2 000.00€. “
