The organizing committee is committed to assisting all members during the process.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances an attendee needs to cancel, the following rules apply:
- Before 1st of January 2027, cancellation is free of charge.
- From January 1st to 31st 2027, cancellation is 50% non-refundable.
- From March 1st onwards 2027, cancellation is 100% non-refundable.
