VISA Information
Visa Exemption: Citizens of many countries, including the USA, UK, EU member states, Canada, Australia, Japan, and South Korea, can enter Thailand visa-free for tourism and business purposes. Stay durations vary by nationality (typically 30–60 days).
• Visa on Arrival (VOA): Available for citizens of select countries (including China, India, and Taiwan) at major airports and border checkpoints, for a limited stay of up to 15 days, subject to a fee.
• Tourist Visa (TR): Recommended for attendees from countries not covered by visa exemption, or those wishing to stay longer. This can be applied for in advance through Thailand’s official e-Visa portal.
Important Requirements for All Travelers
• Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC): Mandatory for all foreign visitors, to be completed online within 72 hours before arrival (free of charge, via the official government portal).
• Passport Validity: Must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.
• Proof of Onward Travel: A return or onward ticket may be requested.
Please Note
Thailand’s visa policies are subject to periodic updates, including possible changes to visa-exemption stay durations in 2026–2027. We strongly recommend all attendees verify the latest visa requirements for their specific nationality through the official Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate in their home country or Thailand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs website, closer to the Congress dates.
