Dear amigos,
It is a great honour and pleasure for me to extend a warm welcome to all of you to the 69th UICH International Congress taking place in Madrid from the 30th of March to the 4th of April 2025.
Spain is a multicultural, tolerant, and safe country with perfect weather, rich culture, and unique gastronomy, making it a great destination for tourists. Madrid, its capital, is a vibrant city representing the diversity of different areas and cultures of Spain.
As a “madrileño” (native or inhabitant of Madrid), I am proud to say that Madrid has become one of the world’s favourite tourist destinations, being named the World’s Leading Meetings & Conference Destination for the fifth consecutive year. Madrid is the perfect host for a Congress where visitors can enjoy incredible experiences and create lasting memories.
In addition to the weather, art, culture, and gastronomy, some highlights of visiting Madrid include its historical parks and palaces, diverse shopping experiences, “tapas” and century-old restaurants, flamenco, football, and nightlife. In summary, Madrid warmly welcomes every visitor to enjoy all the attractions the city has to offer.
Las Llaves de Oro – Les Clefs d’Or Spain has worked tirelessly to establish the Concierge profession as a symbol of exclusive and luxury service in the Spanish tourism industry. We have received support from both the public and private sectors to organize and host the UICH Les Clefs d’Or Congress. Being part of the Mediterranean Zone is an honour and responsibility, strengthening Las Llaves de Oro every day. The key to our success is the collaboration of senior and junior members, working together In service through friendship!
