For more than 20 years, she has worked on behalf of hotel owners, translating commercial priorities into brand, demand and reputation outcomes that protect and grow long-term asset value. Since joining M&L Group in 2009, Jade has overseen strategy, brand development and communications across a diverse global portfolio of hotels.
Jade partners closely with hotel leaders and asset stakeholders to drive performance through clear positioning, disciplined marketing investment and high-impact storytelling, spanning hotel openings, rebrands, new F&B venue launches, strategic partnerships, and initiatives. A champion of innovative, sustainable, creative, and results-driven hospitality marketing, Jade brings a practical operator’s lens to every project. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing & International Business) from Macquarie University, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course and remains an active voice in hospitality forums
