Jane Lyons is the General Manager of Hyatt Regency Sydney, responsible for leading operations and commercial performance at Australia’s largest premium hotel. She also serves on Accommodation Australia’s NSW State Advisory Committee, contributing to industry advocacy and standards.
Jane brings extensive luxury and lifestyle hotel expertise across Australia, the UK and the US, with prior General Manager experience at West Hotel Sydney, Curio Collection by Hilton, and senior leadership roles with The Langham in London and New York.
She began her career with Starwood Hotels & Resorts (now Marriott International) in Sydney and Melbourne and holds a Bachelor of Business (Hotel Management) from Victoria University. Jane is recognised for strategic stakeholder engagement, service excellence, operational rigour, and building high-performing teams.
