Dear Members and Friends,
It is a great pleasure and privilege to extend my warm welcome as a Zone Director to all of you to the 68th UICH Les Clefs d’Or International Congress on the beautiful island of “BALI”, Indonesia.
Bali attracts so many people because of their rich resources such as 5 world heritages, traditional cultures, beautiful sceneries and beaches, and lots of well-known hotels and resorts as well.
It would be a great opportunity for us to feel and experience the Balinese culture during this congress and we as concierges can introduce it to our guests who have not experienced it yet.
Indonesian section hosted the Pan-Asian Congress in 2005, but this is the first time to host the International Congress.
I thank you and congratulate Yoga Rahiyang, the President of Les Clefs d’Or Indonesia and the organizing committee for preparing this great event. Also, I would like to extend my gratitude to the host hotel management, sponsors and partners for hosting us.
I hope everyone enjoys their time in Bali and develops a fruitful network with worldwide members during the congress and returns with lots of motivation and inspiration.
