Dear Friends and Members,

It is with great pleasure and honour that we extend a warm welcome to all of you to the UICH International Congress in Bali, taking place from the 21st to the 26th of April 2024. This historic event marks a significant milestone as Les Clefs d’Or Indonesia, the youngest member of the association, hosts its first-ever international congress.

Bali, known as the “Island of the Gods,” is a place of enchantment and cultural richness. With its pristine beaches, lush landscapes, and vibrant traditions, Bali offers an unforgettable experience for all who visit. From the iconic rice terraces in Ubud to the awe-inspiring temples like Uluwatu and Tanah Lot, this paradise island showcases the unique blend of spirituality, nature, and hospitality that Bali is renowned for.

 Dear Members and Friends,

It is a great pleasure and privilege to extend my warm welcome as a Zone Director to all of you to the 68th UICH Les Clefs d’Or International Congress on the beautiful island of “BALI”, Indonesia.

Bali attracts so many people because of their rich resources such as 5 world heritages, traditional cultures, beautiful sceneries and beaches, and lots of well-known hotels and resorts as well.

It would be a great opportunity for us to feel and experience the Balinese culture during this congress and we as concierges can introduce it to our guests who have not experienced it yet.

Indonesian section hosted the Pan-Asian Congress in 2005, but this is the first time to host the International Congress.
